25 young talents from across the globe, to build the Marzotto Group of the future together
WHAT WILL THE NEXT YEARS BE LIKE?
In 2011 our company, founded in 1836 by Luigi Marzotto, celebrated its 175th birthday. It was time to reflect: “What will the next 25 years be like?”
25 talented university students or young graduates from various disciplines and with a passion for Italian style helped us to imagine the Marzotto Group of the future.
These 25 excellent young people with a shared love of our country came from 16 nations: the USA, China, Russia, India, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Mexico, France, Lebanon, Thailand, Turkey, Argentina, Nigeria, Spain, Moldova and Italy.
Grouped into 5 teams, they spent 7 days working as a think tank to imagine and plan new initiatives for the company over the years to come, on subjects like product innovation, communication, the supply chain, working environments, and strategy.
To implement this project, the internet had, and still has, a key role as the preferred medium for communicating.
